Description
The bone and horn grips with silver bosses and Imperial Russian hallmarked bolster. The straight, handwrought, double-edged blade with narrow fullering and acute tip. The velvet-covered wooden scabbard with fine elaborately engraved and nielloed silver mounts with signature reading WORK OF OMAR. 19th-20th century. Velvet rubbed, areas of isolated pitting. Overall length 51.8cm./20 1/4 inches. Condition III
