Description
A very well-made example in Saxon style with writhen motifs to the pommel and ringed guard, the grip covered in velvet and set with brass studs. Straight, robust double-edged blade with pronounced central ridge. 19th-20th century. Minor wear. Overall length 45cm./ 17 ¾ inches. Condition III
