Description
The archaic hilt of brass with characteristic cupped pommel and rolled tigerhead quillon terminals with faint engraving remaining. The Mughal blade in Persian style, with complex fullering and expanded yelmen cutting tip. 17th-18th century. Well worn. Overall length 85.6cm./ 33 5/8 inches. Condition III
