Description
The entire grip wrought if silver and engraved with acanthus leaves, the pommel an Ottoman silver coin. The heavy blade of yataghan form deeply paneled at the forte with gold vinework to either side. 19th century. Well worn. Overall length 43.2cm./ 17 inches. Condition III
