A large example, the grips of horn with gracefully arched ears, the recurved blade finely inlaid with lengthy gold inscriptions to either side and dated 1222 a.h. (1807 c.e.) on the spine. In its leather-covered scabbard with embellished mounts. Dated 1807. Well worn, leather refreshed. Overall length 81cm./ 31 57/64 inches. Condition IV
