Description
A finely-made and finished rapier, with polished hilt embellished with an elaborate cross and complex wire wrap, the steel blade with three short fullers at the forte and a sharp central ridge running to the tip. In its leather-covered scabbard with steel mounts. 20th century. Slight rubbing to leather. Overall length 119cm./ 46 7/8 inches. Condition II
