Description
Wrought entirely of silver with embossing, engraving and gilding. The single-edged blade showing distinct Ottoman influence, forged of very fine twistcore pattern-welded damascus steel and deeply etched, with extensive gold inlay. In its en suite embossed, engraved and gilded silver scabbard. 19th-20th century. Minor wear. Overall length 70.3cm/ 27 1/2 inches. Condition III
