Description
The grip of single, reeded section, with broad, straight double-edged blade wrought of pattern welded damascus steel and struck with a makers mark reading KHALID (?) In its leather-covered wooden scabbard with brass wire seam. 18th-19th century. Stable crack to grip, scabbard worn. Overall length 47.5cm./ 18 ¾ inches. Condition III
