Katipunan-era, a large example of high quality, with segmented horn and bone grip and brass mounts, the triangular blade with central ridge and unusual etched decoration over the entire surface. In its leather scabbard with brass mounts. C. 1900. Worn overall, leather chipped, chape likely a working-life replacement. Overall length 44.3cm./ 17 ½ inches. Condition III
