Description
Of classic form, the hilt with horn grips, the guard and tangband of engraved brass. The broad, T-section blade with silver-inlaid decoration and fine engraving over much of the blade, including MASH?ALLAH! (God?s blessing!) together with geometrical and vegetal panels. In its leather-covered wooden scabbard with large brass mounts en suite with the hilt. Minor worn overall, guard detached, small crack to spine, leather rubbed. Overall length 83.5cm./ 32 ? inches. Condition III
