Description
The wooden hilt with cord and rattan-wrapped grip, flared pommel with mother of pearl inlays. The double-edged blade with separately-applied ganga and brass baca-bacas, showing evidence of layered forging. In its wooden scabbard with carved throat and tip and mother of pearl inlays en suite with the hilt. 20th century. Losses to inlays. Overall length 64.2 cm. Condition IV
