German, the elegant blade straight, double-edged and continuously tapering to an acute tip. With high central ridge and inlaid rectangular brass maker’s mark at the forte. The faceted grip with downturned quillons, pommel a stepped, faceted cone. C. 1450. Above-average excavated condition. Condition V
