Likely a Croatian interpretation of the voulge, with robust, offset socket, struck with sickle marks throughout together with series of points, and a pair of maker’s marks reading, AH(?)
together with a smaller mark, the lower edge scalloped, with chisel edge retaining much original sharpness. 17th century. Obverse pitted, reverse corroded. 60.5cm Condition IV
