A rare example of characteristic form, with faceted hardwood grip terminating in a large, drop-shaped pommel, stepped at the periphery. The heavy brass bolster stepped and profiled, the massive blade with convex spine and concave edge. 18th century. Minor wear. Overall length 44cm. Condition II
