The well-carved hilt of figured hardwood with rattan grip wrap and iron guard, the pommel set with American coins dated 1896 and 1897. The handwrought blade with pierced and profiled tip. Late 19th-early 20th century. Minor chip to pommel. Overall length 97.5cm. Condition III
