The steel head of flattened spherical form, multiflanged, with faceted terminal, the long socket expanding continuously toward the original stepped wooden haft pierced for a lanyard, the wire-wrapped grip with hexagonal terminal. 16th-17th c. Well worn. Overall length 53cm. Condition III
