Description
Closely based upon a noted original in the Prado Collection. The grip with silk cord wrap, the mounts elaborately engraved, enameled and heavily gilded. The long, straight, double-edged blade elaborately wrought and likewise engraved with vinework, enameled and heavily gilded with delicately engraved views of Toledo Castle. Mid-20th century. Light wear, staining to blade. Overall length 96.5 cm. Condition III
