Description
Wrought entirely of steel with raised oval panels at the wrist, and lavishly inlaid overall with floral sprays in silver, including the applied, profiled borders. The hinged wrist plates with pin closures intact and decorated en suite, and retaining their butted mail gauntlets. Beginning of the 19th century. Very light wear, minor losses to rings. Overall length 53 cm. Condition I
