The grips of banded agate, the pommel and bolsters of green hardstone. The well-forged, recurved blade with T-back and central ridge developing into an armor-piercing tip. In its wooden scabbard with highly embellished iron cover pierced with birds among flowering branches and inlaid with gold. 19th century. Minor wear. Overall length 37cm. Condition III
