The rosewood stock of characteristic form with expanded butt, match holder and match cord intact. With brass barrel bands and forearm sheathing. Barrel deeply fluted, with finely profiled pan, breech struck with maker’s marks and inlaid with brass, muzzle flared. Early 19th century. Worn overall. Overall length 149cm. Condition III
