With hardwood stock and well-made, engraved lock, the fine heirloom Daghestan barrel displaying a prominent damascus pattern and elaborately inlaid in gold overall. Retained to the stock by three large silver bands. Mid-19th century. Worn, minor losses. Overall length 46cm. Condition III
