Possibly Peranakan work, with silver mounts, the tusk grip faceted, the single-edged blade with back edge, finely pattern-welded. In its teak scabbard with silver mounts en suite with the hilt. First half of the 19th century. Worn, blade pitted. Overall length 57.3cm. Condition III
