Of characteristic form, the intricately-carved ebony grip with applied profiled plaques. The forte engraved en suite, the heavy, single-edged blade inlaid with silver . In its rare, carved wooden scabbard with long silver locket and matching stylus intact. Mid 19th century. Worn, pommel cap and stylus lacking. Overall length 29.5cm. Condition III
