Likely Maguindanao work, the hardwood grip mounted in silver engraved in okir motifs, with three copper bands encircling the grip. The robust, waved blade with baca-baca intact well wrought in layers and finely finished. In its wooden scabbard with brass and copper mounts. First quarter of the 20th century. Overall length 69.2cm. Condition II
