The casein grips with characteristic rolled pommel, mounted in gilt brass, the guard, locket, chape and suspension bands on the leather scabbard all elaborately embellished en suite. With long, graceful, single-edged blade. Mid-19th century. Light wear, minor chipping to grips. Overall length 101cm. Condition II
