Of high quality, tightly wrought of extremely small iron and brass rings approximately 3mm in diameter, in lehrian patterns throughout. With raised collar and long sleeves, falling halfway to the knees and open at the obverse, the reverse vented to facilitate riding. Retains its gilded, trefoil-form clasps. First half of the 17th century. Minor losses to rings. Overall length from nape to hem 81cm. Condition III
