Characteristic of Benares (Varanasi) work. Wrought entirely of brass, with rolled edge, intricately engraved and gilded overall with grips and cushion intact to the reverse. Late 19th-early 20th century. Diameter 42cm. Minor wear overall, grips separating. Condition III
