Description
Gaddang People of Northern Luzon, carved of a single section of wood, textured and embellished with shell flaps and strands of beads. Traditionally worn by Gaddang men of bachelor status, a small pipe and tobacco were often kept inside. First half of the 20th century. Overall length 23cm. Minor wear, some strands reattached. Condition II
