Description
A seldom encountered form, the banati wood grip with flared pommel and rattan wrap to base. The handforged blade showing evidence of layering and a hardened edge. Retains its wooden scabbard with rattan bindings. Latter 19th century. Pommel chipped, rattan restored. Overall length 51.5cm. Condition III
