The hilt with elegant recurved bards and fine piercing, with massive pommel and sharkskin grip retaining its twisted wire binding. The broad, double-edged blade with central ridge and tapered tip. Latter 19th-early 20th century. Minor rusting. Overall length 100cm. Condition III
