Description
The dark hardwood stock of characteristic form, inlaid with brass studs, horn and bone in complex geometrical motifs. With large miquelet lock and heavy, octagonal barrel retained to the stock by engraved silver bands. Early 19th century. Well worn, losses to inlays. Overall length 140.5cm. Condition IV
