the grip carved of banati wood, with large kakatua pommel, the ferrule of horn and silver. The broad, handforged blade showing layered forging. In its rattan-bound wooden scabbard, carved with okir motifs. Second half of the 19th century. Losses to scabbard, rattan partly raveled. Overall length 62cm. Condition II
