The grip a single section of green jade of characteristic form. The blade wrought of fine, actively-grained wootz, the bolster and forte elaborately inlaid with flowering vinework in gold. In its velvet-covered wooden scabbard with pierced, profiled and gilded mounts. 19th century. Velvet well worn. Overall length 31.4cm. Condition II
