Description
Mounted entirely in silver, deeply engraved and superbly nielloed overall. The lightly-curved, handforged Caucasian blade multifullered, with radiused tip. The scabbard decorated en suite with the hilt, and set with seven shirmani panels finely inlaid with gold. Second half of the 19th century. Minor crack to chape, small repair at locket, blade pitted and cleaned. Overall length 105.5cm. Condition IV
