Of characteristic form, carved of a single large section of wood, the central boss carved in high relief and a continuous ridge developing into narrow terminals. With integral grip to the reverse and incised border to either side. Retains its rattan bands throughout. Late 19th- early 20th century. Some wear. Overall length 128.5cm. Condition III
