Description
Comprising a large, hammered silver buckle marked STERLING, and a leather belt, holster and sheath entirely hand-tooled with flowers, ducks and a stag on a stippled ground, the sheath retaining its bowie-type knife with staghorn grip, brass guard and handwrought blade. All hand-stitched. Acquired in San Antonio in the 1960s. Late 19th-early 20th century. Minor wear, some tender areas. Overall length 100cm. Condition II
