Or caltrops, by tradition the weapon of ninjas. Designed to be thrown in the path of an enemy in order to disable them. Well-crafted of brass in the form of three-dimensional bats, with needle-sharp spikes at the ends of the wings. Letter 19th century. Overall length of each 4cm. Condition III
