The crescent-form steel head finely pierced with a vinework panel terminating in a trefoil, with baluster and profiled base, with a prominent lotus bud peen. The long steel haft chiseled in alternating wrenched and faceted segments terminating in a lotus bud at each end. 17th century. Areas of minor pitting and delamination. Overall length 53.5cm. Condition III
