Mughal work, a large example. The grip a single large section of rock crystal, with fine, well-carved horsehead pommel. The bolsters and forte of the fine wootz blade inlaid in gold. In its velvet-covered wooden scabbard with heavily gilded mounts with pierced borders. 19th century. Velvet worn. Overall length 45cm. Condition II
