With characteristic horn grip and silver ferrule with suassa bands. The hardwood scabbard mounted with silver bands, the handwrought and deeply-bellied blade showing some layering and a hardened edge, with characteristic choil at the forte. Mounted for a lefthanded user. Mid-19th century. Minor wear. Overall length 48cm. Condition III
