Description
The well-wrought blade with dragon horimono and active temperline. In shirasaya mounts with a silver lanyard ring in the pommel. Appears to be a family blade carried by a Japanese fighter pilot during WWII for committing hara kiri. Second quarter of the 20th century. Minor wear. Overall length 22cm. Condition III
