With rare, fibrous horn grips with rolled pommel, the brass steel guard heavily inlaid with gold. The long, shallowly-curved handwrought blade finely chiseled for its entire length with Qur?anic inscriptions on either side. In its leather-covered wooden scabbard with gold-inlaid steel mounts. 18th-19th century. Well worn, gold rubbed. Overall length 96.8cm. Condition III
