Description
Seldom encountered, borne before Indonesian nobles. In the form of a long spear, the separate head carved as the spear cover of exotic wood and mounted in elaborately-engraved silver. The long haft likewise mounted in engraved silver with intermittent sections of silver wire wrap. Late 19th – early 20th century. Minor wear, raveling to silver wire. Overall length 235cm. Condition II
