With horn grips and characteristic iron pommel and guard wrought of fine black wootz. The fine, long, broad blade of moderate curvature, forged of fine Persian wootz. In its leather-covered scabbard with steel mounts and brass chape. Latter 18th century. Minor wear, leather refreshed at tip. Overall length 102.3cm. Condition III
