The grip carved of green and red hardstone with domed terminal and engraved silver ferrule. The straight, single-edged, well-forged blade with slight back edge showing possible wootz construction. In its silver scabbard embossed and engraved with flowering vinework and characteristic spherical finial. 19th century. Overall length 26.5cm. Condition II
