Description
Anatolian work of characteristic form, the wooden tree padded and cobbled over in leather with cinch intact. Retains its padded leather cover colorfully embroidered in a crescent moon and stars and tulips, together with a detailed horse in trappings, the periphery with characteristic woven border and tassels. 19th-20th c. Well worn with minor tears and losses. Overall length 62cm. Condition IV
