Of bronze, cast with a mans head with large, recurved mustache and arched eyebrows and distinctive ears, perhaps a demon or djinn. The socket modeled with extensive beading and a turned rim. Likely a finial made for a sedan chair. 18th-19th century. Minor wear. Overall length 19cm. Condition III
