A rare type used by the Moplah people, with broad, forward-curved blade, the forte with geometrical engraving. Hilt of unusual form with scalloped disk guard and brass grip, the arched pommel flared. 18th-19th century. Overall length 59.5cm. Well worn overall. Condition IV
