A massive example, the horn grips designed for a large hand, the long, heavy blade double-edged, signed WORK OF HAJI and dated 1825, with single offset fuller to either side tapering to an acute tip. In its velvet-covered wooden scabbard with bands of gilt braid. 19th century. Minor wear. Overall length 74.7cm/ 29.4”. Condition III
