A characteristic example with cruciform hilt the grip and conical pommel of brass, the guard elaborately bounded in braided leather. The straight, double-edged blade tapering continuously to the rounded tip, struck with a pair of stylized moons flanked by grooves . First half of the 20th century. Some wear. Overall length 87cm/ 34.25”. Condition III
